May God hold you all in the hollow of His hand

By nature files from the Occupational Health and Safety portfolio make for hard and difficult work days often requiring a strong drink or two after work to help unwind and detach.

Then there are days like today which are brutal. Today started with the sad news that our member Mr Brown had passed away, followed by news about three-year-old Elijah Marsh who wandered away from home and froze to death. Early this evening I was informed that two of our members lost their son.

Tonight’s last sip of scotch will be for Mr Brown and his family, for Elijah and his family, for our members who lost their son and their family.  ‘Goodbye my friends and may God hold you all in the hollow of His hand.’
