Le Front commun annonce une grève le 9 décembre prochain pour dénoncer « les nombreuses impasses » dans les négociations avec le gouvernement Couillard.

Étonnamment, le président du Conseil du Trésor, Martin Coiteux, a fait preuve d’optimisme pour la première fois depuis le début des négociations avec le Front commun et souhaite un accord conclu par ce week-end.

Les salaires des employés de la fonction publique québécoise, de l’éducation et de la santé sont, en moyenne, 10 % moins élevés que ceux des travailleurs du secteur privé œuvrant dans les grandes entreprises de 200 employés et plus, indique la dernière étude sur la rémunération de l’Institut de la statistique du Québec (ISQ), dévoilée jeudi.


 

The Common Front announces a strike date for December 9 to denounce “the many dead ends” in negotiations with the Couillard government .

Surprisingly, the President of the Treasury Board, Martin Coiteux, is optimistic for the first time since the start of negotiations with the Common Front and would like an agreement reached by this weekend.

Salaries for employees in the Quebec public sector, education and health are, on average 10 per cent lower than those of the private sector workers in large companies of 200 employees or more, says the latest study the remuneration of the Institut de la statistique du Québec (ISQ), unveiled Thursday.
