Les augmentations salariales

Année 2015-2016   environ 500 $ par employé à temps plein versé sous forme d’un montant forfaitaire. Pour les employés à temps partiel  la somme forfaitaire sera basé sur le nombre d’heures travaillées.

Année 2016-2017   hausse de 1,5%
Année 2017-2018   hausse de 1,75%
Année 2018-2019   hausse de 2,0%

Année 2019-2020   environ 250 $ par employé à temps plein versé sous forme d’un montant forfaitaire. Pour les employés à temps partiel la somme forfaitaire sera basé sur le nombre d’heures travaillées.  Plus l’intégration a la nouvelle structure des relativites salariales qui donneraient à quelque titre d’emploi soit une augmentation de 10% que d’autres titres d’emploi ne recevraient aucune augmentation.

Assemblées générale se tiendront dans tous les sites de CUSM à partir du 19 Janvier. En fin ce sera vous, les membres qui voteront pour accepter ou rejeter l’entente de principe.

 

The salary Increases

Year 2015-2016 approximately $500 for full time employees in the form of a lump sum.  For part-time employees the lump sum will be based on the amount of hours worked.

Year 2016-2017 Increase of 1.5 %
Year 2017-2018 Increase of 1.75%
Year 2018-2019 Increase of 2.0%

Year 2019-2020 approximately $250 for full time employees in the form of a lump sum.  For part-time employees the lump sum will be based on the amount of hours worked. Plus the integration of the new salary scales structure which would give to some job title an increase of 10% while other job titles would receive no increase.

General Assembly’s will be held across all MUHC sites starting as of January 19. In the end it will be you then members who will vote to accept or reject the agreement in principle.
