Dans tous les établissements du Québec, dans le secteur public ou privé, les PAB sont aux premières lignes pour répondre aux besoins des usagères et usagers.

Prendre une journée par année pour souligner le travail des préposé-es aux bénéficiaires est une manière de prendre en compte les efforts qu’ils mettent au quotidien pour soigner la population du Québec, aussi bien dans les soins de courte durée que dans ceux de longue durée.

C’est un des travail qui mérite d’être souligné à sa juste valeur! Réclamer qu’une journée dans l’année soit retenue pour le souligner est plus que légitime.

In all Quebec institutions, in the public or private sector, the PAB is on the front lines to meet the needs of the users.

Taking one day a year to highlight the work of the patient attendant employees is one way to appreciate the efforts they put into their  daily tasks in helping to  treat the population of Quebec, in both acute care and in those in long term.

It is work that deserves to be recognized for its value! Demand that a day in the year is retained to respect the contribution of the PAB.
