(Important: A shorter workweek will be on a voluntary basis and not mandatory)

A meeting took place between the Employer and myself regarding a reduced work week, as mentioned in the National Collective Agreement.

1- Letter of agreement 36.
2- Atypical Schedules in Appendix Y.
3- Converting Premiums into time off, such as 9.06.B

Whether it’s a 4 day or 9 day work week,as mentioned in the letter of agreement,. Studies show the reduced work week will benefit both, the employee and employer.

The employer is receptive to the idea of the shorter workweek and along with the Union will explore the possibilities.

Une réunion a eu lieu entre l’employeur et moi-même concernant une semaine de travail réduite, comme mentionné dans la convention collective nationale.

1- Lettre d’accord 36.
2- Horaires atypiques dans l’annexe Y.
3- Conversion des primes en temps chômé , tel que 9.06.B

Que ce soit une semaine de travail de 4 jours ou 9 jours, comme mentionné dans la lettre d’entente. Les études montrent que la semaine de travail réduite profitera à la fois, l’employé et l’employeur.

L’employeur est réceptif à l’idée de la semaine de travail plus courte et, avec le Syndicat explorera les possibilités.
