In early December Donna Sarraf was rushed to the MGH ER, and while waiting on a stretcher that didn’t have a call bell, she witnessed a patient not receiving their pain management medication, as promised by the doctor two hours earlier.
The MUHC confirmed in an email to CTV News that the incident warrants an investigation.
