The Women’s Executive Network has named Julie Quenneville, president of the MUHC Foundation, one of Canada’s 100 most powerful women.
Quenneville was named in the Emerging Leaders category which recognizes women between the ages of 30 to 40 years, who have been targeted for successive leadership positions within their organizations and have a proven passion for learning and innovation.
“I find it very empowering,” she said. “As women, we often feel very vulnerable and incredibly guilty. To be reminded that we can be powerful also makes me feel a great sense of responsibility to other women.”
