The 2019 Lump Sum For CSN MUHC Employees Will Be Remunerated At 16 Cents An Hour Until March 31, 2020

According to Article 8.32 “Additional Remuneration” from the National Collective Agreement, section B states that from the period between April 1, 2019, and March 31, 2020, an employee aside from the April 02 raise, is also entitled to a “Lump Sum” corresponding to 16 cents for each hour worked

Article 8.32 (B)

B) Period from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020
Each employee is also entitled to additional remuneration corresponding to $0.16 for each hour remunerated between April 1, 2019 and March 31, 2020.

According to the National Collective Agreement, remunerated hours are considered to include hours for which an employee received maternity, paternity or adoption allowances, allowances provided for parental leave and disability insurance benefits, including those paid by the CNESST, IVAC, and SAAQ, as well as those paid by the employer for work accidents, if applicable.
