ReCharge Offers FREE One Hour Interactive Workshops for Caregivers – Next Session Greenfield Park, April 11

ReCharge is a series of 6 FREE workshops (workshops will be in English with some translation in French) organized by ARC Health and Social Services.

Each week a new caregiver topic for discussion will be presented such as:

  • Caregiver Burnout,
  • Basic First Aid,
  • Medical Emergencies (strokes & fall prevention),
  • Grief Process,
  • Alzheimer’s disease,
  • Wellness (activities to stay physically and mentally healthy),
  • Community Resources (how to find resources),

Each workshop will include 1 hour of interactive activities to stay physically and mentally healthy (mindfulness, painting, yoga, etc.). The next session begins on April 11, Greenfield Park

  • THURSDAYS FROM APRIL 11 – MAY 16, 2019
  • 6.00 – 9.00 PM

The next session is scheduled to take place at Brossard starting May 20.
