Employees belonging to the APTS and MUHCEU (FSSS/CSN) unions must submit their winter vacation preferences by midnight September 14.

If you are absent during the posting period, you must respect the deadlines and submit your preferences to the employer in writing. Always get a confirmation by hard copy or email for any document you submit, to whom the document was submitted and the date the document was submitted.

At the winter vacation selection period, you should enter all the weeks of leave to which you are entitled until the end of the reference year. If not the employer reserves the right to choose your vacation dates.
